Our engagement with Cirrus began in 2021 as a pilot Project-Based RPO which was extended and we’ve been providing full-scale RPO support for their locations in Duluth and Grand Forks originally, and then added Dallas, TX, Knoxville, TN, and Orlando, FL.
Cirrus originally came to us because they increased production and introduced new products. We supported them in that initiative which led to us helping support them with corporate engineering roles, corporate IT roles, management roles, etc. We also supported them in advertising and recruiting for opening 3 new locations domestically.
