1970

RCI creates a national Job Fair Division which continues to execute Career Events nationally, for clients of all industries.

1985

Purchase of the Goldman Daniels Advertising Agency propels our mission to partner fully with clients on all aspects of recruitment.

1986

Our job fair division launches “Grow with Massachusetts” and “Grow with New York” Job Fairs. Both draw record crowds.

1987

1989

next-generation

RCI’s Ad Agency is renamed Next Generation, reflecting the forward-thinking expertise and skills offered to our clients.

1990

RCI relocates Next Generation to the greater Boston area.

1993

Recruited by the BDB of Palm Beach County, RCI relocates our headquarters from Warwick, RI, to West Palm Beach, FL.

USA TODAY and Employment Review partner in a successful, first-ever recruitment Display Ad section.

1995

Employment Review collaborates with publications like Information WeekFortuneSelling Power and more.

1996

RCI’s Employment Review earns exclusive distribution rights of all employment-related publications at Comdex & Ziff Davis trade events.

1997

RCI introduces an innovative and fully customized ATS, RecruitSuite.

1999

RCI moves our corporate headquarters to Jupiter, FL, simultaneously opening our Sourcing Division.

2002
