The responses we received to the Talent Locator product was great. We received 45 responses and have hired 5 already. We are still working with 3 to 4 candidates so we are sure that we will get to 8 hires. RCI did in a week what takes us a month to do. We will definitely be using them again in our San Antonio market.

We interviewed 4 candidates for our President, Fabricated Metals Division and our leading candidate were sourced by RCI. He is visiting the sites next week and we will probably make him an offer. This was a great investment and RCI saved us 30K in placement fees. We will definitely use them again.
