Launching his professional career over a decade ago with RCI, Brenden has successfully navigated through his roles as Account Executive, Recruiter and into management as Executive Recruiting Manager, and to his current role as Assistant Director of Sourcing Operations & Technologies. Growing with the company and acquiring the industry knowledge necessary to assist our clients, he has been involved with hundreds of projects during his tenure (RPO, Project, and Contingency).
Not only did he gain a vast and wide scope of the recruiting landscape, but he has also become a networking and candidate sourcing specialist. Both assets make him our go-to expert for candidate acquisition methods and strategies. Most recently, Brenden helped integrate RCI’s new texting strategy in daily recruiting and has had a major role in overhauling our candidate email and sourcing strategies. Brenden continues to set an example of persistence and excellence. We’re thrilled to have his expertise on our management team.
When he’s not leading his team or providing strategic insight for our clients, he can be found spending time with his family, exercising, or playing his guitar.
