Samantha Moore's experience with the company is deeply rooted in its history, as she played an integral role in growing the company together with Michael Moore, CEO of the company. Consequently, her career experience, spanning more than 25 years, began and continues with RCI. Prior to her earning the title as Executive Vice President, she held a position in virtually every department within the company, giving way to her unique understanding of the recruitment process and a creative perspective that delivers bottom-line results beneficial to the HR community and hiring managers, nationally.
Her proficiency in information technology has proven vital to her effectively implementing Applicant Tracking Systems for large and small corporations of various industries. Over the years, she diligently spearheaded the procedures for the administration and accounting departments and played a key role in establishing and executing the MIS/IT needs of the company. Samantha lives in South Florida with her husband and two children.
