Jake brings four years of sales and recruiting experience to RCI. Before joining the company, he worked as both a sales professional and recruiter for a staffing agency serving school systems, where he developed a strong foundation in relationship-building, client service, and strategic placement.
In his current role as Head of Sales, Jake leads revenue strategy and focuses on new business development and sales growth initiatives. With a background in business and marketing, as well as sales and management, he brings a practical, people-first approach to expanding partnerships and strengthening client relationships. Known for his ability to connect with people quickly and authentically, he prioritizes understanding client needs and building long-term, productive partnerships.
Jake is proud to be based in the great state of Texas, where he enjoys golfing and running when he’s not working with clients and leading sales strategy at RCI.
