In fact, she holds the record for the largest direct hire placement in RCI history made in April of 2021. Nikki joined RCI in 2015 bringing with her years of experience in recruiting and HR partnering. Her expertise was culled from working with various clients on a contract basis, assisting them with their direct hire executive search openings and streamlining their recruitment processes.
Her skills and training in the HR industry are impressive. Among her many certifications (13 to be exact), Nikki’s most recent include Workplace Diversity, Inclusion & Racial Sensitivity, Unconscious Bias, and Microaggressions in the Workplace by Traliant. We’re lucky to have Nikki onboard, because you can’t beat her attitude.
