Teresa Hanson has been a recruiting powerhouse for RCI for over two decades. She started working for us as a Jr. Recruiter in 1998 and, thanks to her determination and persistence, quickly rose through the ranks to Sr. Recruiter. Throughout her time at RCI, she has gained the confidence of clients and coworkers alike. In fact, clients often request her by name, thanks to her dedication to excellence.
In her current role as Recruiting Manager, Teresa uses her wealth of knowledge and experience to train and mentor our recruiters. She’s integral in providing support to our clients, and her coworkers rely on her expertise and guidance. When asked to describe Teresa, they say she’s always willing to learn and grow.
