Project-Based RPO: Over 400 candidates with 90+ hires in 3 Months

RCI fills over 4,000 jobs in less than a year for nationwide event audiovisual technology company using project-based RPO

Encore came to us at the end of 2021 to help with some targeted needs for Audiovisual Event Technicians in South Florida, Orlando, and Dallas/Fort Worth. We then added Boston, LA, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. Thanks to the dedication of our team and the success of the Candidate Model projects we began a Project-Based RPO with them in January of 2022 in more than 100 markets nationwide and expanded into Canada at the beginning of September. In just the first 3 months of the project we had over 400 candidates submitted and made over 90 hires. We have provided this ongoing recruiting support for more than 10 job titles, through traditional RPO methods as well as targeted Career Open House/Job Fair strategies. To date we have helped Encore fill over 4,000 jobs nationwide.
