The Challenge: RCI was tasked with handling all the recruitment efforts and statistical-data management for all of our client’s (a national grocery chain) store management requisitions, nationwide (including advertising, ATS management, sourcing, recruiting, scheduling assessments and interviews, and conducting hiring events) and ensuring all applicants had a good candidate experience.
Our Solution: RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) for all store management hiring across the United States
The Result: A 1:3 interview-to-hire ratio, 60-day time to fill; over 1,100 hires since September 2013, with 30% of all hires being female. Our client’s previous RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing vendor had achieved a 94-day time to fill. RCI succeeded in fulfilling our agreement through establishing a rapport with the business partners, establishing goals, expectations, and timelines, and then developing best practices across all divisions to meet those goals and expectations. We continued to exceed them by constantly reviewing the project and tweaking our performance criteria. RCI developed and followed SOPs, ensuring that each and every process was streamlined, and was critical to the success of the project. Our Project Lead remained in touch with the business partners every day, and we leveraged weekly conference calls between our Director of Recruiting and the Field Recruiting Management team.
