Recourse Communications Inc. was a godsend when I had two critical positions to fill. They offered several levels of service depending upon your circumstances. As an HR manager, I find it tedious to search all the website for the best possible candidates. That is where Recourse Communications came into play. One of their options was to do those searches for me. This was a great time saver. Both positions opened up just before the Christmas holidays. They were sending resumes but responses were slow or non-existent. I was able to fill one position but really needed a person for the second position. I spoke with my rep and expressed my concern. They started sending me resumes every other day. They refined the search to within 20 miles of our facility and only resumes going 30 days out. They also made sure these candidates all had valid phone numbers and were still looking for employment. I would recommend Recourse Communications to any HR or hiring manager.
